Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel a Booking for free by calling Transeleven Hotline +94 701020703 and confirming the cancellation verbally in that phone call, or by sending an email with your booking reference number in the subject line.
Under any case, we reserve the right to cancel the Booking with short or immediate notice. If we cancel the Booking 24 hours or less before the Pickup Day, You will be refunded all money you have already spent in relation to the Booking.
If the Vehicle and Driver do not arrive at the Pickup Location by the Pickup Time, or if the Journey is not finished as agreed in the Booking, You may ask for a refund request.
To be liable for a refund, the Passengers (as applicable) must have fulfilled their obligations under the Terms.
To request a refund, send an email to info@Transeleven.com with the Booking reference provided in the confirmation email, as well as full information and the circumstances giving rise to the refund claim, within 10 days of the Pickup Time.
If your refund claim is approved, the refund transaction can take up to 7-10 working days to complete.
Transeleven is not required to process refund requests that are not sent in writing to info@Transeleven within 10 days of the Pickup Time.
